Guidelines

What makes a post get accepted.

check_circle Please do

  • Send 100% original work that isn't published anywhere else
  • Aim for 1,200–2,500 words with clear headings and short paragraphs
  • Write from real experience — examples, numbers, steps students can follow
  • Link to trustworthy sources for facts and research
  • Use images you own or that are free to use, with credit
  • Include a 2–3 line author bio and a headshot

warning Please don't

  • Send fully AI-generated content (AI help is fine — but it must be your voice, checked by you)
  • Write sales pitches or stuff the post with links to your product
  • Offer to pay for links — we don't sell links (see partnerships for sponsored content)
  • Cover gambling, adult content, essay-writing or "do my assignment" services
  • Copy or lightly rewrite content from other sites

You get one link to your site or profile in your author bio. In line with Google's guidelines, links in guest posts may be marked nofollow. We may edit for clarity, length and style, and may add links to related ClassTrack guides.

Guest post FAQ

Do you pay for guest posts?
Guest posts are unpaid. In return you get a byline, an author bio with a link, and your work in front of students. Brands that want paid, sponsored articles can see our Partner with us page.
Can I use AI to help write it?
Yes for research and polishing — but the ideas, examples and voice must be yours, and you must fact-check everything. Fully AI-generated posts are declined.
Can I republish my post elsewhere?
Please don't republish the full article. You're welcome to share a short excerpt that links back to the post on ClassTrack.
I haven't heard back. What now?
If you don't hear from us within 7–10 days, the idea probably isn't a fit right now. Feel free to pitch a different topic.
