Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to ClassTrack ("ClassTrack", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing or using the ClassTrack app and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Your account

To use most features you'll create an account using email and password or a supported sign-in provider. You are responsible for:

• keeping your login credentials secure;
• all activity that happens under your account;
• providing accurate information and being at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• break the law or infringe others' rights while using ClassTrack;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service;
• upload malicious content or attempt to access accounts that aren't yours;
• use the Service to store or share content you don't have the rights to.

4. Subscriptions & billing

ClassTrack is free to use with optional Pro subscriptions:

• Pro Monthly — $2 per month.
• Pro Yearly — $14.99 per year (our best value).

Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region and are shown before purchase. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the relevant app store.

5. AI features

ClassTrack includes an AI study assistant powered by third-party models (such as Google Gemini). AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for convenience only. It is not academic, legal, financial or professional advice. Always verify important information yourself. Free accounts include 20 AI messages per month; Pro removes the limit.

6. Attendance & academic disclaimer

ClassTrack helps you track attendance, grades and schedules for your own convenience. It is a personal organizer and is not an official record. Your institution's records are the source of truth. We're not responsible for academic consequences arising from reliance on the app, including the bunk calculator's estimates.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, branding and software, is owned by ClassTrack and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Content you create (subjects, notes, attendance data) remains yours.

8. Termination

You may stop using ClassTrack and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm others or us. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (e.g. liability, IP) will continue to apply.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or perfectly accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost data, profits or academic outcomes. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email and update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
